Delete your account

You can permanently delete your PastRouteBook account and the travel data associated with it.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to PastRouteBook.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm Delete Everything.

Request deletion without the app

Email support from the address used for your PastRouteBook account. Put Delete my PastRouteBook account in the subject. Support may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account.
• Your PastRouteBook profile, trips, segments, settings, summaries, and feedback stored under your account.

What may be retained

• Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction records retained by Apple, Google Play, or another provider under its legal obligations.
• Aggregated or de-identified crash and diagnostic records that no longer reasonably identify you.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your cloud account. Use one of the methods above.
